經理助理

職位描述:

1、協助總經理安排日程與議程;

2、負責總經理日常政務接待、來訪客人預約和接待準備工作;

3、做好總經理辦公室文書工作;

4、負責總經理文件、來往信件的收發、傳送及歸檔工作,將各部門提交的文件及時呈報至總經理;

5、完成總經理臨時交辦的其他事務性工作;


崗位要求:

1、大專以上學歷,文秘及管理類相關專業優先考慮;

2、對工作認真踏實、有責任心、做事細心、積極向
